Let your tummy go

Where do you suggest my tummy to go? – you might wonder.

Nowhere is my answer. But what I mean is just take a deep breath and relax your tummy, let your tummy go. That's right, just do it now whilst your re reading this, it feels quite nice, doesn't it.

What we tend to do is to hold our stomachs in. I've done that for as long as I can remember. It started in my teenage years, you were suppose to look like those models that you saw on posters, and in magazines.

Years went by and I started to notice that I constantly aimed to hold my stomach in, and it felt quite tense, it was tricky to just relax, to let my tummy go. It hade been an automatic behaviour for a long time to hold my stomach in.

To relax your tummy is one of the first things that I suggest to women to do when they participate in my courses. When you do that you will find the first step towards re-discovering your sparkle.

Let your tummy go as often as you can, whilst you're driving, sitting on a train, cooking, any time you remember.
