About Cim

Cim Bartlett: Coach and mentor for women and men to live a life of Sparkle. Originally from Sweden, Cim moved to Woking, England in 1999.

Cim is a qualified coach, a graduate of Coach University (2002). She then went on to become a certified Parent and Teen/Family Coach (2003) from the Parent As Coach Academy, an Accredited ICF course.

As well as coaching private clients, Cim has coached students, young entrepreneurs (for The Prince’s Trust), and has been involved in government sponsored programmes to coach and mentor young mums.

Cim is a certified Brown Belt Nia Technique, a mind/body fitness class practice. She received her first qualification in 2010. She is also a certified Nia 5-Stages teacher. Nia 5-stages is an integrative movement practice that forms part of Nia Technique.

Cim has run dance and movement classes and workshops since 2008. She has run Nia classes in Woking since 2010. In 2011 she created a community for Nia teachers in the south east of England called Dance for Joy Band. The community meets on line and in the real world and is designed to benefit and deepen the experience of Nia teachers.

After leaving school, Cim graduated from Stockholm’s Grafiska Institutet 1989 in reprographics.  She has a post-graduate diploma in communications from RMI Berghs 1996 in Stockholm.
