Do you Listen to Your Intuition?

According to Collins English Dictionary, the definition of intuition is:

• Knowledge or belief obtained neither by reason nor by perception.
• Instinctive knowledge or belief.
• A hunch or unjustified belief.

What relationship do you have to your intuition? There is no right or wrong answer to his question. I suggest that you observe and notice how you listen to/respond to your 'gut response', or intuition this week - have fun with it, be a detective.

The reason I brought this up, is that in Nia we practice this all the time, to move and dance in our body's way, our body's intuitive way, moving towards pleasure and fun!
